I ordered a double whopper with chips and a drink.
My meal was made quickly and was handled with care, I was called to the counter to collect had a brief and polite interaction with a staff member.
The restaurant seemed nice and clean and although it was quiet the staff were professional and attentive.

People underestimate Burger King. It's my new favourite, far superior to McDonald's. I find that the Whopper is superb; I will not be using Mackey D's again.

Charged £2.49 for a quarter of a tub of ice cream - nothing like in the picture and hardly with the edfort of dispensing it.
Absolute rip off. Avoid at all costs.

No idea how the food is, took one look at the staff (all outside the kitchen door, in full view if the carpark, having a fag) the state of the restaurant floor, the overflowing bins and decided to not bother. Quick coffee (I'll avoid that also in the future) and left.

Terrible experience. The food was cold, late, and missing items. What did arrive was a tiny portion, totally overpriced, and not even remotely worth the money. Just a really poor showing from Burger King?definitely won?t be ordering again.

Appalling 'restaurant' do not visit if you value your money or health!
Our takeaway order was incorrect with soggy substandard burgers which I had to return to store after travelling home. Poorly trained staff could not (or would not) refund my money and have now effectively stolen my money whilst accepting my returned food. The Manager only works a few hours per day during what the rest if the world calls office hours - very convenient when a customer wants to speak to someone who might have a clue whats going on. 'Customer Service' has been completely absent instore and BK UK couldn't care less either, I'm still out of pocket.
The atmosphere of the place is awful and creepy with out of order toilets and urine all over the floor of the only one available. That one toilet I suspect is the one staff use......

Tucked out of the way from the road junction, drive carefully, following the subtle signage.
Electronic screens are available for self-service your order or may approach the staff at the service desk
Not much of an atmosphere, possibly because of its out-of-the-way location.
Food is tasty, and service is better than it used to be (under new management).
Parking space is free, but there are a lot of potholes (shared with nearby travel lodge).
It's good as an occasional treat (as pricey for the portions you get).

Called in today, no one else inside despite 3 members of staff coming to the counter not one of them acknowledged me or the wife after waiting for 10 minutes we walked out and went to Mc Donald's where the staff are polite and friendly. Zero customer service.

I've been to a few Burger King's over the years and I have never had a problem with this one, no food missing, no cold food, no horrible staff and that's all I ask for, thank you.

Absolutely amazing Food, I thought all Burger Kings were this quality unfortunately I found out today that was not the case ? made a mistake trying a different Burger King to this one today and it made me appreciate this one a whole lot more! Will definitely be going out of my way to come back to this one as they cooked the food just right

Really fancied a Whopper, so I ordered the ?Family Night In? deal through Just Eat for £24.99. It includes 2 burgers, 2 kids? options, 2 large fries, 2 small fries, and a Ben & Jerry?s ice cream - decent value for a family treat.
The chilli cheese bites were cooked to perfection - nice and crisp, just how they should be. The loaded fries were also a standout, absolutely delicious. However, the Whopper itself was a letdown - a bit too dry and lacked the usual juiciness I expected.
Service was pretty quick, which is always a plus.
Overall, a good experience, though there?s definitely room for improvement!!!

Cannot cook fresh food if their life depended on it, utter garbage, last three visits have been disgusting, I trod in a more appetising looking dog egg in the car park
