Magazines not up to date. Staff member had a friend sat behind the till crying about being kicked out of home. Staff member totally engrossed, not willing to show assistance to customers. No wonder WHS is closing down

I rang the workington store to check if a book was in stock, the guy answering the phone went to check, then asked if I'd like to have it put to one side so I could collect another day? Went into store today, I mentioned the book-he instantly knew and retrieved it. Very polite and helpful.

Good shops great hotel at the end of the square had many good party there got all good top class shops easy access for all types of people even disabled friendly staff in all shops cafes for stop n crack good meeting place place for all center of the town .
