Magazines not up to date. Staff member had a friend sat behind the till crying about being kicked out of home. Staff member totally engrossed, not willing to show assistance to customers. No wonder WHS is closing down

I rang the workington store to check if a book was in stock, the guy answering the phone went to check, then asked if I'd like to have it put to one side so I could collect another day? Went into store today, I mentioned the book-he instantly knew and retrieved it. Very polite and helpful.
