Today, Wednesday 7th Feb, I have driven 20 miles from home to go to the tui shop in workington. When I got there the lights were on a lady was sat behind her desk. I tried to open the door but it was locked. I looked at the opening times 9.30am - 17.30pm. Tried the door again and was yelled at from the other side of the glass 'we're closed'. No note on the door saying why, or a time when they would re-open, the lady couldn't even be bothered to come to the door to talk to me in a civil manner. Great customer service? I don't think so and I won't be using tui workington again.

Brilliant ? Claire was a massive help and booked us the perfect holiday. Very friendly and chatty. Managed to cope with my loud personality ? and dizzy head. Tried to book a holiday online today with TUI direct. Had problems paying, so away we went to our local TUI agents on the high street.They dealt with our problem tremendously well, in a professional manner and we even got a shaving off the online price ?.Thanks especially to Caroline and the rest of the team ?
