The assistants in this shop are amazing, nothing is too much trouble for them. I have shopped in this store a couple of times in recent months and have been really impressed by the lovely staff. On the first occasion I was served by an incredibly lovely young man, whom I believe now works in the keswick branch ( lucky them) and latterly I was served by a delightful young lady who told me she was new to the job, she was closely guided by a senior lady member of staff. Both of them could not have been nicer.

Fantastic Service today off Zak and Kaitlin. Friendly, Professional and knowledgable. Nothing was too much hassle. Will be visiting again outstanding service! Highly recommend!

As shop had a closing down sale thought id treat my wife to a new jacket she fell in love with one that was refuced from £209 to £99 on reaching cadh desk was then informed there was a mistake in pricing even though all jackets and colours were all markef the same sale price i really found this unacceptable and cashier was rude by saying mistakes can happen is this the way all your stores are run?

No facility for disabled people to get upstairs, when I complained that I?d have to go elsewhere the staff just laughed, no wonder it?s always empty !
