I went here with a longish shopping list for materials I need to do various jobs at home. Member of staff was welcoming and friendly. He located most of my requirements and offered alternatives if not available. He offered delivery of heavy items like capstones and plaster. He also suggested I open and account online should I require another large amount. Delivery is in two days, which is reasonable. Overall, a positive experience.

Everything a builder needs and more! Good service from the polite, knowledgeable staff. Two problems: paperwork takes too long, we have work to do! And, having a monopoly, their prices are too high! Bring back standard profit margins. Builders have to keep down their costs to survive
