We were dealt with quickly by the Store Manager, Jim. He explained everything we needed to know about the product we were buying, making sure we were ordering the correct quantity of packs and explained the returns policy.

Jim was so helpful yesterday helping us with tiles for our bathroom, he took a lot of time with us by laying the tiles out to show us what they would be like. He also helped with what else we would need for the job. Really good service and very friendly.

Big thanks to Jim and Karl at the tile showroom?they were absolute legends! They pulled out all the stops (and all the tiles) to help me picture the final look. Great advice, loads of patience, and a good laugh too. Made what could?ve been a stressful job actually fun. Highly recommend!

Avoid buying anything from Topps, unlike Screwfix who offer a 30 days return policy and B&Q who offer a 90 day policy.
Topps offer only 7 days on most of their products. The only ones you?ll get 30 days is for full boxes of tiles!
Next time I need adhesive. Leveller or grout I?ll go straight to Screwfix!
Sad really as otherwise it would be a good store.

I Jim of Complete Installations bought an Ex display Sigma SM Series Cutter for the large job at St Bees and as every Trader loves a deal got a great price on this quality product. My reason for buying this particular cutter was its rigid spine bar that has no flex and once I had got the hand of using it found it to be incredibly precise and less effort to use. A truly great tool to have as part of your tiling equipment, it even came with a spare cutter disc.
