The worst phone company in the uk!!! There signal is poor, sometimes non existent for weeks at a time and if you dare to ring them about it, they will never admit the issue is with them. There customer service is absolutely disgusting!!

I am not happy with the way i was spoken to on the phone by ?Claire??, not acceptable to speak to your customers with that tone. I asked what i should do as my sim card has stopped working and she said in an aggressive tone that it?s not her fault i don?t know my email, told me false information i?ve came into the shop multiple times and i?ve been told something different every time. she?s banned me from the shop for asking for her name and she then went on to say that she hadn?t done anything wrong and being very sarcastic and stating she had witnesses that would say she done nothing wrong. Very un happy with my experience definitely won?t be coming and giving these people my money and my time. Absolutely outrageous and i will be going further about this because the customer service is appalling.

Been with three for 20 years. Their signal is now so poor simple phone calls fail. Customer service is useless as is their Workington store in Cumbria who tell lies.
Finally had enough and cancelled my contract. Despite them agreeing to honour a no fee exit (still have over 12m left) they?ve tried to put the price up for the last month.
Currently refusing to pay it.
Don?t go to 3, use a different network that actually works.

Can?t fault the great support we get from Claire and Daisy whenever we go into 3 Workington. Although only visiting the area a few times a year, if we have an issue it?s always ?let?s go and see Daisy and Claire? We far prefer the welcome, support and friendliness of them compared to the brashness at our local 3(Leeds).
