'Matt' was being very weird and was following us, he was peeking around corners and was making it obvious he was following us and that made me and my friends uncomfortable ??? trying to catch us shoplifting, very stereotypical ? we where only trying to be loyal customers ?

The staff are always happy to help and offer help when you visit the store. There is a variety of toys for all ages ranging from educational to collectors ranges such as marvel, lego, puzzles etc. Its always a pleasure to walk through the door and my son loves it

Lots of toys to choose from, prices are reasonable, these days there is a promotion which is buy one get the second one for 50% discount. And you can choose from two different types of toys even though the prices are different. But you get the discount for the cheapest one.On top of that the mates at the store are so friendly and helpful.

I ordered items I wanted, and they were the wrong items that turned up in the store. Clearly their dispatch or store fault.I was told they couldn't do anything about it at all and they couldn't reorder the correct items for me, all they could do was refund me and I had to order again. Meaning I had to waste more time going back to the store, due to THEIR mistake! I was even asked if I wanted the stuff that incorrectly turned up instead. Absolutely not! You order what you want, not what you're just given on the day when they make a mistake. I feel the process needs addressed in store and with higher management to rectify this, and mitigate it going forward, so when it happens to others they don't just feel fobbed off like I was!Sort out your processes Entertainer!
