I went to this store to purchase some waterproofing for my trainers and near the Halifax bank met a friend who was also returning some items, as I walk through the door the manager Kev stopped the person who walk in with me and was told he wasn't allowed in and had to leave, while this was happening the lady assistant told the manager Kev I was on a shop watch which I didn't know what she ment at the time and I was also asked to leave. I have NEVER BEEN ON THIS SHOP WATCH and that implies that I'm a shop lifter. So I asked the shop assistant to prove that I was on this but could not do it. So I left and went into another shop. But I went back to ask who was the shop manager and Kev told me he was and I was banned from the Shop for being abusive to the shop assistant. I haven't mentioned this but I don't get out much only a couple of days a week because I'm Severely disabled and how would you like this if you walk into a Sports direct with no criminal record of shop theft and Treatment like you are a Criminal. Someone higher up from Sports Direct to please get in contact with me as I wish to take this matter further.

Yet another incompetent business. Staff seem to close up when they want. I arrived for 5:45pm and the place was closed. Even though the sign and google clearly states 6pm closing time.Not only this but staff have not removed the security tag. Which means I will have to return for a third time.Won't be shopping here again
