Long term wearer of glasses but a first time user of Specsavers following a recommendation. Excellent service in everyway. No pushy salesmanship just friendly service. Tests were efficient and every stage was explained. Reasonable prices. I went to the Workington shop I hope the one you choose to visit is as good.

Brilliant service regarding my eye test because I was getting headaches and my long range vision was a bit blurry. The optician done a deep scan which only cost 10 pound . Thankfully everything was OK. Dena the assistant was magic. Picked my new glasses up today and again the service was 10 out 10. Thankyou. Barry latham.

What a super experience today. Such lovely staff; Mohammed, Luke, Rio and the others
The eye tests are very thorough.
My fitting with Luke was brill. I've never had such comprehensive measures taken before. Luke covered all aspects to ensure my new varifocal lenses would work perfectly with my vision requirements and the wider intermediate channel in the range that he has factored in is something I've never been given any information on at my previous opticians.
There's a great range of specs to choose from too.
So pleased I made the trip to Specsavers and will definitely be returning each year from now on.
