Went in to purchase nominations bracelet charms but had forgotten my glasses, so I couldn't see the charms. The lady working there was amazing, not only did she act as my eyes but was patient with a dumb blokes questions. She helped me pick 2 distinct charms. I would highly recommend this shop for its customer service alone. Definitely using them in the future.

I took my Tag Heuer watch in to Mr Sinclair to get a new battery fitted. I went back after the allotted time to find he was unable to get the back off and was reluctant to use more force as this may scratch the back plate.I said I was not concerned if he scratched the back plate as I could easily polish it out and without a new battery the watch was no use anyway. I left it with him and rang next day for an update, he had managed to get the back off and the difficulty arose as the seal had become hard and was the cause of the back plate being hard to remove. They ordered a new seal and stated I could pick the watch up next day, which I did.Cost of the above £7.50 for battery and seal. I queried this as being too little considering the time they had spent on the repair but he insisted this was the cost.This shop offers good OLD FASHIONED CUSTOMER CARE, a rarity these days.I hope shops like this can survive the present economic crisis as the high street would be a poorer place without them.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
