Some time last year my boyfriend had his back break pads changed by protyre in workington. When he received the car the back alloy had been damaged (since been resolved through themself) but he has recently got brand new break pads on the back and it turns out when he previously had them fitted at protyre they had fitted them BACKWARDS/ the wrong way round .How that?s possible I have no idea. Wouldn?t recommend but now have a spare set of break pads with a lot of wear left in them thanks to protyre !!!

Took car in for 4 new tyres, only to find the rims had been damaged, there was only one piece of damage on the rear drivers side prior to arrival, otherwise the wheels were immaculate. Was recommended a repair company, they quoted for the repair job, have been chasing ever since, found out today company would contribute £100 to a £430 bill we now face to rectify the damage caused by protyre. Would not recommend.

I always use Protyre as Lucy and Jess are very helpful and always do their best to help sort any problems I have with our family cars. I have used Protyre for services, Mots and new tyres and I am always pleased with the work carried out.

Interim service under RAC service/MOT plan. Although the date could be booked not the time. Waited 2 hours for checks to be done. Thorough checks and advice given, good customer service. 4 stars given re time slot couldn't be booked. A good location re shops and places around to easily walk to.

Called in on a very busy Saturday had to wait my turn which I was very happy to do so was really suprised and pleased to get my tyres done at such short notice very friendly staff very helpfull and got a great deal on my tyres I highly recommend protyre for both price service and friendliness will use again and recommend to others thank you regards Mike

Had a bit of a nightmare with my rear mirror went to protyre for them to fit it properly so sitting there having a coffee and poor larl Jess came in and said we?ve got a problem?? I said your twisting my melons man?.. walked out side and the poor machanic had cracked my screen! Larl Jess couldn?t of handled the situation any better bless her she phoned and phoned windscreen spots to see who could do it the quickest! She worked her magic and got it sorted as soon as she could! Honestly hand on heart can?t fault the lass enough! Keep up the good work and enjoy your dinner! ??

Jessica and CoIt's never easy when they deal with me it's never an easy job and once again the whole team were there for meIt's been a difficult couple of months after suffering a ruptured appendix I recently found out that I had been diagnosed with Colon CancerSo a few days later I have to have a car repaired after being ripped of by a dodgy dealership left me with a car that was considered not roadworthy by PeugeotSo when I had to replace the whole brakes and pads and all the tyres after having such a wonderful experience before there was only one place to go Pro Tyre WorkingtonEveryone there actually care not just about the job but they genuinely care about the customerI had a few problems and I was probably a little distressed but Jessica and the other lovely lady listened to my dilemma and showed really amazing empathy and understanding that the reasons I was so emotional was due to what's been happeningAnyway they looked after me sorted my car with new brakes pads and tyres all round whilst reassuring me not to be distressed with what's happening and that they can cure anything these daysGod they were so nice all the guys do an amazing job there it's almost like having extended family with the people thereThey done a fantastic job looked after me oh and stayed open so I could get down to pay them even though they kept saying not to worry etc and we're sitting waiting for me after closing timeNo complaints no sneaky remarks just care empathy and understanding and if course supportThank You Jessica and The Other Lovely LadyThank YouDenis

It's not been an easy month for me after being diagnosed with Colon Cancer I purchased a family car from what has now turned out to be a very dodgy dealershipAll my savings went in to buying it only to find out it's an absolute wreck and considered not roadworthy by PeugeotSo it broke my heart this month and I took it in to Pro Tyre Workington to get 4 X tyres and brake discs and pads all roundAs I have used them before and had a fantastic experience it makes sense to return to somewhere you trustOnce again I was greeted by the truly amazing Jessica who dealt with me before from that point on I was instantly reassured I was going to get a fantastic experienceIt was great chatting with Jessica and the other lovely lady who was so kind and caring and so we sorted a price out etc and I left the car in the guts capable hands after all the work the guys do in that place is unbelievable they genuinely look after you and your carI came back the next evening as I was away all day at hospital etc and I was in a shocking state after discovering the diagnosis by Dr Rau who had just confirmed I had Colon Cancer so when I arrived to pick my car a little lateJessica and the other lovely lady were there waiting and even though the said it was ok I could pay the next day they waitedI arrived and instantly they knew I was a bit emotional suddenly it went from a simple transaction to almost being with family and friends as they listened to what had happened to meJessica was so amazing and reassuring full of care and empathy she and the other lady really made me feel better and more than just a customerThe work carried out was as per usual to a high standard and by guts who know what they're doing and they too care and in Pro Tyre Workington your not a customer your part of a team part of the familyThank You Jessica and all the gangDenis Devlin Peugeot 3008
