When I ordered something wasn't in there store they didn't even ring me to get a different option they told me I would need to order again so that would be 6 pound delivery I also noticed the service charge staid the same I don't like to be ripped off so I will not be shopping here again

This shop is really letting itself down. Customer service has gotten horrendous. Everyone looks like they're one move away from quitting. There are some really good staff members in here but they dont seem to be supported enough by management or higher.

Ine stip in seaton workington is a good local shop ideal for all your groceries and lotto even a cash machine outside , they have everything that you will require , staff are brilliant always very helpful
