Staff in both this shop and the one in Carlisle have zero interest if you are trying to cancel a contract. Been an o2 customer for over 20 years. Time for a change me thinks. Isn't like any of the 3 staff were rushed off their feet either. If I'd been asking about taking out a new contract I think they might have stirred up some enthusiasm, only just though. Very bad customer service. If you don't like your job, get another!
