ordered food and asked the lady on the phone for no prawn toast in our salt and pepper box as i have a severe allergy.
the food came with the prawn toast in, so we rang the shop to explain and all she done was shout and give us abuse down the phone! - a welsh lady by the way.

It was absolutely vile full of oil salt and pepper chips where inedible, satay chicken the chicken looked like it needed put on a drip to get some colour in it looked like it eas boiled the sauce looked like the content of Whitehaven harbour, egg fried rice was bland tasteless and dont think it has ever seen and egg the only good thing about it all was the can of coke and that's only because it's hard to mess up a can of coke.

I have just been verbally abused by the owners and watched them while they verbally abuse their own son and the poor lady behind the counter who were both close to tears!! They have a sign up in the shop they they won?t tolerate abusive customers and will call the police yet it is acceptable for them to take 2hrs to deliver stone cold food which is then taken back and they then refuse to refund and then be abusive to the customer, their own son and the counter assistant to the point I have had to call the police and will be reporting them to trading standards! Where is this ever acceptable. Please a) avoid and b) share

Why do you say it's 40 mins for home delivery when it's about 75 mins, food cold tonight!!!! and no explanation why it's was late, waste of money!!!!!!!!??

Very disappointed tonight ordered 2 x special chow means after being so good last time waited 70 minutes for delivery had to ring up and finally the meal was cold and totally tasteless what a bloody shame was enjoying peking but go elsewhere now .

This was not the delicious meal I normally get from new peking express, ribs like rubber, lemon chicken inedible due to being so sour it made my eyes water, chips hard dry and tasteless, the other meal was nothing to shout about either. I usually telephone the order but decided to order on the website. I'm now wondering if the takeaway was so busy they passed my order to some other place as this was the worst meal I've ever had from peking express.
