Unfortunate experience when purchasing a premium meal deal today. It was clearly marked on the display shelf at £4.50 but when I rang it up on the self service till I was asked to pay £5.50 less 50p with my Morrisons More card.
I attempted to query this with the assistant on duty but was dismissed with an airy ?it is correct, it is because it is a premium meal deal?. I went back to the shelves to check and retuned to ask the assistant to come and look which she did. We went back to the tills but there was a queue so she told me I would have to queue again!
I refused and went to wait for a till cashier to check the cost. It again came to £5 with my card so I decided to give up as I had wasted a fair bit of time by now. On the way out I was stopped and asked to return to get it sorted which they eventually did and I paid The advertised £4.50 although apparently prices had been increased on the computer but not on the shop floor.
This is not the fault of the assistants but a management error. I feel it could have been handled better.

Terrible staff on the self service said excuse me several times trying to get help. Too busy talking and when they did come over they pressed something and walked away talking to me very rude.
