We cannot recommend Julie and Mark enough. Professional but friendly from the first meeting. Nothing was too much trouble day or night! Communication was brilliant throughout, we were always kept in the loop. I would not hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone who is planing to sell their house.

Must say it is well worth the cost. We were advised to never pay over 1% from another estate agent but getting in touch was difficult with them! This is totally the opposite with Mark and the team, they are available whenever to respond to queries to our mind at ease. With that and the amazing marketing you would think that is enough, however with house almost falling through twice, Mark along with their extensive contacts (special mention to Dan Brown mortgage broker) were able to save the deals and keep things ticking forward. Thankyou.

I should have done this a while ago {sorry Mark!) but we bought a house that Mark was marketing and hit a few problems with things like boundary issues. I can honestly say that without Mark's help the deal would not have gone through. I worked in real estate for over thirty years and dealt with estate agents all over the country with very mixed results. In all that time the only agent who has genuinely impressed me is Mark. He pulled together the people and resources we needed to sort out the obstacles to the deal going through in a way that we just couldn't as we were relocating from the south east to Cumbria so had no local contacts. Mark did what the best agents should, he found solutions. He didn't put on the hard sell to try to force me to accept something I didn't't feel comfortable with. Instead he worked with me to get me to where I wanted to be. It shouldn't be so rare but it is so I can't recommend Mark highly enough. By head and shoulders the best agent I have ever dealt with.

My brother and I would highly recommend Mark and his team. Mark was professional from the first meeting we had with him. He explained clearly to us his marketing strategy for selling our parents bungalow, which gave us great piece of mind. We live a long distance away but Mark was always available to answer our questions and offer valuable advice when we needed it. He marketed our parents property in a highly professional way with great photographs and a virtual video that really helped to sell the bungalow. He kept us up to date with any viewings and guided us through the whole process with his knowledge and experience. We couldn?t have asked for a better estate agent to work on our behalf. I recently purchased a house which Mark was marketing, I can honestly say he made the process very easy. As a first time buyer I was very unsure of the process, he answered all of my silly questions with patience and kindness, kept me up to date with everything as things were progressing and met me at the house with the keys once the purchase had gone through to check that everything was okay, he even helped me get the water switched on!! He offers a bespoke and personalised service and that was certainly my experience. I would highly recommend Mark and Julie if you are buying or selling, they are honest, realistic, very good at what they do, and they are also lovely people.

We were initially introduced to Mark when he sold our first property when he worked for Purple Bricks.Since that move he had left Purple Bricks and started his own company, so when we came to sell our next property as we were really impressed with the service he provided when he was at Purple Bricks we decided to sell our property through his family run company.His fee is higher than some local estate agents however the service he provides is outstanding and worth every penny.He has a keen eye for detail and along with his son took beautiful pictures of our home along with a video tour.He was contactable basically any time of the day or week and would get back to us right away. Although he does have many other properties and clients he made us feel like we were his only client and helped us achieve a price for our property that exceeded our expectations.If we were to ever move again we would sell our property through Mark Buchanan and I will recommend him to any of our friends and family that come to sell their homes as his service is outstanding.We can?t thank you (team Buchanan) enough for all your help selling our home.

You seriously couldn?t ask for better estate agents. Our sale fell through twice and Mark and Julie got our house back onto the market, did viewings and sold the very next day both times. They were always available to us when I was having one of my many meltdowns thinking we were going to lose the house we had set our heart on. They were calm and professional and I am currently writing this sat with happy tears in my eyes in the house that me and my family have been dreaming of living in for months and months and it?s all thanks to them. They are more like friends to us now and we would and do always recommend them.
