I went to Gilgarran enduro play day and ran into a few problems, popped the spark plug in my bike and luckily Lakeland Motorcycles had 1 left in stock which helped me out massively.
I then went on to putting the spark plug in my bike and all was good. 1/4 of the way round the lap and I snapped the throttle tubing (lock on throttle grip) leaving me stuck with no throttle. To no fault of their own Lakeland Motorcycles didn?t have one in stock, however I cannot give a bigger shoutout to this company and the owner for helping me by lending me his own throttle tube / lock on throttle grip from his personal bike to ensure I could ride on and have a good day.
Big shoutout to Lakeland Motocrycles, very friendly and welcoming, ensuring they do their very best to help any customer out.

A good experience except for boo boo on my part I had to rebook an MOT and service and then for unforseen reasons I then had cancel .....very helpful receptionist and Engineer hopefully I can retain theyre services in the future

Hello, In summary, Lakeland Garage at Pica has met and exceeded my expectations for many years and in all that time I have never had a complaint.
I have been going to Lakeland motorcycles for many years and I have had many different bikes over that time. I?ve had bike full restorations completed, but it was mainly for my annual maintenance, MOT and servicing.
I have also experienced some unforeseen problems during this time that have been diagnosed and rectified to my satisfaction.
Shop and sales- I have purchased all of my touring bike safety wear clothing and supplies from the shop too. They always have a great selection of trendy, cost effective gear available. If not available in the shop they are ordered quickly and then you are prompted on there arrival.
I have bought and sold the odd motorcycle too with no issues.
It?s always friendly, polite, professional, and most importantly knowledgable, skilled and highly trained. I have observed a high ?safety first? attitude to all aspects of their working standards too.
All my work was completed at a reasonable cost and to agreed timescales that I was content with.
John has just recently completed what was a ?head scratching? and a complicated post winter storage problem with my bike.
As usual, John discusses this with you to manage your expectations, then diagnosed and solved it with his systematic problem solving expertise. I had my bike back ahead of the promised date, and at a very busy time for him and the team.
In summary, Lakeland Garage has met and exceeded my expectations over many years and I have never had a complaint.
After this recent work was completed, I just felt it was time for me to share my experience with others as it is a great overall family run motorcycle business with genuine humble people, very high standards of work and safety culture.
