Had a problem with what I thought was a camber fault. Spoke with I think was George and he fitted me in immediately as was due to travel back home. Turned out it was toe in. Adjusted for me at no charge. Many thanks. Highly recommended.

Ordered three new tyres on line it was a last minute job booked in went there they looked at car said the fourth tyre was nearing the mark so would recommend change it for same price as online good result kept me informed said probably be about an hour which it was good service

The youngish kid was helpful and polite but the older man was looking for an argument and not being the most helpful.
All I asked was to match the online price and if this wasn?t possible not to worry but he took it as a personal insult somehow and said if I wanted the online price to book online.
It?s the same centre, same tyres, same staff, same time. What?s the big deal?

Went to get a new battery and they did a full check on the battery and alternator. They found that the only problem was a lose connection and put it right. They refused to take any money for their time! Very honest, will definitely be using them from now on. Very grateful. Thanks.

I kept coming here because I know someone who works here and he tends to get me in and out pretty quick but we?ve now had multiple incidents which are just not good enough.
Firstly, I brought in a swift for tyres and all was fine but an employee took a photo of the car and mocked it on their social media.
I brought a Volvo in for tyres and tracking, they basically said that they couldn?t get the tracking to budge which I thought fair enough needs new track rod ends anyways so I?ll sort it but it wasn?t even that bad and I think they said they couldn?t do it because it was a Sunday and they couldn?t be bothered.
Then most recently my partner brought in my bmw, we booked and paid in advance only for him to wait an hour and they?ve turned round saying that they don?t have the tyres to do it and if we want a refund then we have to ring customer services ourselves and ask for one?! You kidding? For one they should?ve contacted us upon making the booking saying they don?t have them and for 2 they should issue a refund then and there it shouldn?t be on us to go out our way to request a refund and now we?re in a difficult spot.

I brought my van here for a wheel alignment since a previous garage didn't do it properly and this garage did it perfectly, the booking process was very easy, the customer service was excellent and the price for the service was worth it.
I'll definitely bring my vehicle here next time I need tyres, alignment or a service!
