I registered with this practice, at the end of October. I also registered for the practice plan . Got an appointment for the 21 November. This appointment was duly cancelled until January, ok ,I thought that's fine. Then I get a phone call yesterday to say that appointment in January was cancelled till February. The excuse I got on both occasions was unforseen circumstances??????. The person who rang me, wasn't very helpful, just kept saying , unforseen circumstances. Really angry. I was a new patient, who was waiting to be seen for the first time. I have since Cancelled my payments into the practice plan.and withdrawn from the practice. I don't think I could trust them. Feel like I've been messed about, and reception staff were not very helpful. Would not recommend.

As a new patient to the practice with dental anxiety verging on dental phobia I have been highly impressed by the care and attention by Lynne and Rayner to alleviate my fears. The reception staff and reception area were welcoming that also helped reduce anxiety on arrival. Really impressed with our first visit to Kerry Park. All staff were very helpful and really friendly. After a less than positive experience elsewhere our daughter was a bit nervous about her appointment, fortunately her experience at Kerry Park was the far better!Aside from the friendly staff, the facilities are very tidy and comfortable.

As someone who is highly anxious when it comes to dental work, I can?t thank Jessica and Meah enough for being so wonderful during my appointment this week. All the staff are always lovely and professional when I visit.

After paying monthly for membership for our family we have had 4 appointments in total since roughly may this year (not each)Overcharged for a child at adult rate and still not refundedOften appointments are cancelled by the surgery and rescheduled for months awayAppointments come through in text message and email but don't say which member of family they are for leaving us constantly ringing to confirmFrustrated and disappointed with the service we have received to dateGenuinely would be quicker to get an emergency appointment with 111Edit this was reported via email more than 7 times and over the phone each time we had to call
