“I went to the Workington shop with a Casio watch (which last forever ),with a broken strap but I'd taken a warranty out.The 2 girls on duty were extremely friendly and took a lot of time to deal with the matter to my utmost satisfaction.When they learned that I'd travelled a long way to visit them they arranged to mail the repaired watch directly to my home address.I cannot speak to highly of your staff and they truly deserve 5 stars.”
