I visited the store to browse bedroom furniture but they had very little choice and not what I was looking for. The woman serving suggested I go to a charity shop; budget hadn't been discussed and was not an issue (on the contrary most of their stock was cheap mdf and wholly unsuitable).I'm going to be re-carpeting my house throughout in the spring, if she hadn't been so rude and offensive that business may have gone to them; as it is now that business, and the bedroom furniture, will go to retailers who have the ability to treat their customers with courtesy and respect.
