Neil and the team from Horizon are 1st class. Neil's knowledge and advice to get the best solutions regarding shower pressure on a house that has no gas was brilliant. Calum (CD Plumbing) went above and beyond fitting the whole bathroom. Would highly recommend.

My partner decided to use Horizon to design and fit his new bathroom. Neil was absolutely amazing at helping him go through the available options taking any limitations into account. Pricing was discussed and Neil made sure it was a smooth process throughout. It was incredibly reasonable in terms of price for the quality you receive!
Fitting was absolutely spot on and Shaun that carried out the work on behalf of Horizon understood my partner's requirements and tailored his work around what was needed. The bathroom turned out absolutely stunning.
There was an issue with the mirror so we got in touch with Neil again. It was quickly discovered that the specific model chosen had some known issues so it was quickly rectified and Horizon sorted out a new replacement with no issue. Again we couldn't fault Neils handiwork and is such a credible and pleasant person to work with, efficient and down to Earth.
The showroom has also had some recent updates, it's easy to navigate, wheelchair accessible inside with open walkways. There's a plethora of different ranges and options to choose from, with loads of different assembled bathrooms to show you how well the tiling and accessories go together.
I highly recommend visiting Horizon if you want a high quality bathroom to suit your needs whilst receiving faultless customer service, a clean, professional environment and an enjoyable experience. No faults at all!

Went there to get ideas for a new bathroom. Plenty of displays to look at. Spoke at length with an advisor who asked us what we wanted in a bathroom. The advisor understood our constraints in terms of bathroom size but appreciated our need to update as well as modernise. He spent a lot of time discussing options and possibilities and he provided a large number of catalogues for us to look at. He informed us of the services that are provided at Horizon and never pushed us into making a decision. Our advisor was polite, well informed and importantly not OTT in terms of getting us to purchase something. Subsequently we have contacted Horizon and organised a home visit to take the measurements and then plan out the possibilities available for a new bathroom.

We have just received excellent service from the Horizon Team! Great advice and customer service from start to finish. The result is a five star bathroom which we are so pleased with. The fitter Keith Meldrum did a brilliant job coming up with a few solutions to unforseen problems as the job progressed.

By far one of the best bathroom showrooms around, plenty of choice for all budgets.We have used Horizons for many, many years and would not go anywhere else.Staff and service is impeccable from Neil designing bathrooms to delivery of the goods.It?s lovely to be able to speak to someone who knows about all the products they sell and gives plenty of options of design.

Great Bathroom store. Excellent products. Lots of different styles and terrific selection of tiles and flooring. The clincher is that all the staff are extremely personable and professional. Good old fashioned service with a smile!

Couldn?t fault the staff at horizon. Get a lovely welcome when you arrive and staff go out of their way to get exactly what you need. Run out of floor tiles and they were ordered and delivered within the same week. Thank you for all your patience and help.

We bought all our new bathroom items from Horizon about six years ago. We have had a problem this year with the basin seal not sealing. . Horizon went to the suppliers only to find that model was obsolete. Horizon sorted it out with the suppliers and they supplied the new waste free of charge! Because of this part going obsolete I thought I would get a new seal for the bath plug as a spare. Back to Horizon and Neil looked in to it. You cannot just buy the seal it is a complete plug! got one but checking it against the old one, there was a difference. Back to the suppliers who sent a new one. Apparently there had been issues with the parts numbers at the suppliers. The new plug came with a fitted seal and another one that was to be swapped to suit my plug. Because of the parts number issue, Neil went to the trouble of testing this at home himself before supplying it. That's what you call customer service!

Good insomuch the fellow turned up to measure up for our new bathroom. Disappointing that over a week after his visit we haven't heard a squeak from him.
