Who doesn't love music and HMV is my first thought when I think to purchase music, film and now animé and associated merchandise. HMV Workington has grown it's selection in the past few years thanks to it's dedicated, knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Didn't even realise HMV was still around but I'm very glad it is and not only that it's thriving! Amazing store, amazing staff I do have one bone to pick though. You sell American sweets but not twizlers, what gives???

Always been a big fan of HMV, one of the last places where you can ruffle through actual CD's and now again LP's from massive variety of genere and artists, unfortunately it's not as good as it used to be before the Internet and streaming really took off, stock doesn't seem to turn over as quickly and a lot of non mainstream artists are no longer stocked.That all said I do hope HMV continues to stay around.

OK for vinyl and CD's, however, the vinyl albums are mostly overpriced, but you can pick up the odd bargain.
