I always like going to Halfords because they are always really kind, polite and patient. Not to mention super helpful, especially when you have NO idea what you are talking about! Was able to sign up to the care package and got a once over while my bulbs were changed!Thanks guys!!

Bike shop....fantastic service!..bought a bike for my child's Christmas and there was a few issues, small section of the frame was bent which was causing a gear issue, and a tyre valve problem...took it back and Chris H was on the counter and didn't hesitate to rectify the problems, was good to have a catch up with the lad and talk about Christmas, he got cracked on with job and gave the bike a full check over and tweeked with the brakes and checked plus checked the wheels for Christmas day for my daughter...faultless service from Chris and was more then happy to go that extra mile instead of just sorting the first issue...hea credit to the company halfords, look after the guy because he's looking after your customers.

First time I've used this store today with a click and collect order. Came here to pick up some deicer, rock salt and that was easily achieved using the Halfords website and the friendly staff in store. The only thing that was confusing was the Halfords website said the store had no ice scrapers in store. When I visited they had no shortage so that was strange. The store itself sells a broad range of stuff from bikes to bits and bobs for cars. They've even just installed a large charging station at this store.

They have every bit and bob you could ever wish for apart from a telephone to ring for a 2 minute enquiry. Instead have to use a useless virtual assistant and then a useless online assistant from the other side of the world.Keep it simple Halfords, get a telephone and a human to answer it. Another one for the boycott list.

Bought the roadangle dashcam setup and installation. Dashcams seem great although the team their don't seem to know much about the system I've bought made evident by installing the rear camera upside down despite the sticker showing which way was up. They had another go at turning it round but used a white sticking pad that stood out like a sore thumb, so I told them not to push it on hard as I'd sort it when I got home. He did then go back into the store and get some grey pad that was a better match but I'd had enough of watching by this point and just sorted it myself. Certainly don't think it's worth the £70 installation charge won't be doing that again as at least I would have read the instructions.Anyway they camera seems good and they did try and be helpful just not great.
