I went in to H Samuel in Workington today to pick up a new Disney ornament. Stacey and Alex were so helpful and I felt very looked after, I decided to get my ears pierced whilst in there, I was very impressed with the professionalism and cleanliness and the price is so much better than anywhere else. I?d recommend anyone to go and see the ladies in there ?????

I visited the Workington branch in search of a new wedding and engagement ring. The staff were warm, helpful, polite, professional and very patient. I didn't feel rushed or pressured to buy the most expensive items on offer.
We took our time looking at many different types and we're shown the perfect fit range last of all.
I explained that my ideal ring would not be garish and in your face. I'm very plain jane so a subtle ring would be more me. On seeing a very pretty 2 piece set in the perfect fit section we were sold. Not only we're they very dainty but on ordering only size available in stock thinking we'd need to get it resized. After only 3 days they'd arrived staff had ordered the only size in stock (K) to be sent away if needed.
On receipt of order H Samuel's called and sent me a text. I spoke to Stacey who confirmed the orders arrival and asked me to go try on to check the fit as it appeared the size was smaller than expected. Amazingly the rings fit without being sent away for resizing. We managed to get the rings at sale price (much less than anticipated) and a beautiful necklace as part of promotion deal.
A huge thank you the all the staff especially Stacey, Naomi, Jasmine and Alex for their assistance and advice on insurance cover to protect our purchase.

Would give 0 stars if that was an option. Terrible company to deal with paid for next day delivery. Was expecting parcel last Wednesday and still don?t have it. Lady on phone at customer services is beyond rude. Doesn?t seem to see any issue with a wedding ring being over a week late.
