Bought 4 tyres from Asda tyres online , simple and straight forward , picked my time slot which suited me and my wife to take it on the weekend - perfect . Dropped the car off and was helped by the guy on the front counter called Michael - perfect , called us an hour later collected my wife's car . Went into town and while driving there , no issues with wheel balancing etc - perfect . Checked tyre pressures through the dash display, 2 were set 8 psi to high , ok no problem which were osf and osr , let them down slightly while repeatedly checking the dash only to discover if you adjusted the osf tyre pressure the nsf tyre pressure would alter on the dash . All in all I've discovered not 1 tyre is in the correct position that it's programmed to be in . Couldn't go back as they were closed . Not happy in all honesty

It's not the first time I've had terrible service from this place had my car booked in for weeks organising time of work to get there and they cancel on me as soon as I get there due to the booking shouldn't have been made with pathetic excuses no apologies absolute waste of my time there attitude is awfull now am stuck with a car that needs work for another week. I will not be returning!!!

This is my 4th time here. 3 times had to wait longer than we expected. It's take way to long, when they advertise online within an hour. I changed my tyre here. They took over 2.30 hours.

Great for tyres but not great for repairs. Car booked In for repair, they had it all day but the work wasn't completed. Allowed me to drive off in an unsafe car without explaining that the problem I had ment my engine was at risk of overheating. They told me I'd be ok to drive it for another week with kids in and for work, untill they could book it back in. I told them I work in community and need the car to get to remote patients houses. They never mentioned anything! The car didn't make it home! I trusted them and was left feeling like a stupid woman because i dont know everything about cars and that I hadn't googled the issue instead of seeking advice at the garage. Wont be back.

For tyre change Online it says an hour. I had to wait 2.40 minutes for change 2 front tyre.

Good price for tyre but a 9.45 arrival for a 10am appointment resulted in a 2 hour wait. Be prepared

Loved this place when it was purely just Gates tyres, it has changed since pro tyres have taken over , used it for the first time in 3 yrs , more out of desperation , I'm no expert , but checking tyres just by banging your fist on them and looking ,isn't they best way to get an accurate reading , I knew they needed changed but still a more professional way helps

Cold dismal waiting room with horrible decor and carpet & uncomfortable ugly chairs ...toilets clean though and service good .
