Very nice man to start with.How ever told me one price which was verbally agreed, then upped the price by about £800 which I had no choice but to pay.Then problems with the car afterwards which he then test drove and told me there was nothing wrong with it. After returning the car twice also messed about with appointments turning up and no one being there.Problems still exist with the car problems I feel should have been rectified for the price charged and amount of time car had to be left at garage.Ring Ian up and the very nice man to start with just shouts down the phone and argues that theirs nothing wrong with the car,Says he doesn't have the time or staff to work on the car also says its impossible to give a quote to rectifie a fault that he has caused, finally gives a quote but refuses to do the work ?Maybe it's time to retire ?

Brilliant ! We had a clutch problem with the motorhome while in the area. Ian shuffled other work around so as to take it in with minimum disruption to our holiday. He explained and demonstrated exactly what the problem was and fixed it. Without the specialist knowledge and experience of Ian and Steve we would have had to have a new gearbox. Thanks again guys.
