Great service from Michael today he was excellent my phone was damaged beyond repair but he never gave up and managed to download all my photos and contacts can't think him enough credit to the company.

Went in to the EE store to change provider to EE. Was greeted in a welcoming manner by the staff who asked me how they could be of help & what I wished to do. Having explained the situation and provided the PAC code I had the options available to me clearly outlined. The staff were polite, friendly, knowledgeable & exceptionally helpful. It was clearly stated when the changeover to EE would happen and what I had to do when the signal was lost to access the EE service.

Ee has not provided my broadband since 22nd of August but carried on taking payment until I cancelled direct debit. I have spent many hours on the phone to them for them to sort it but to no avail. Now I am being hassled for money. Their ineptitude is unbelievle

Myself and husband went in few wk ago and a young lady HELPED us i think her name was chelia she had black hair and beautiful tattoos. Outstanding service polite didn't fob us off she went way above. Definitely manager material, if i still had my own business i wud snap her up with a pay rise for sure. We both thanked her and i shock her hand as we left. If only every shop had somone with so much knowledge.

Went in to get a new pixel.Advised by the guy who served me the new one would be out soon and when.Ended up pre ordering a pixel 8 pro.Very pleased with the honesty and help I received from michael in-store.Even helped me claim for my new watch.Fantstic shopping experience and couldn't do enough.

Recently visited the EE store in Workington again regarding my Samsung S22.The 2 members of staff Jake and Dave were so helpful and professional.They together with Michael, who I saw a week before epitomised what GREAT customer services looks like.They are a credit to themselves as well as EE!!!I would have no hesitation in recommending EE Workington.
