Absolute brilliant service, we have used this company for two houses now, always helpful, lovely people, and I've got to say fitters we had was excellent. Wouldn't shop anywhere else for a carpet, laminate flooring artificial grass and rugs. We've had them all.

Greg in the carpet shop was very helpful and patient, helping us to choose the most appropriate items for our home. The fitters were excellent, doing a very good job, very pleasant and providing useful after-care information. Have used before and would definitely use again. Thanks to all.

I wouldn?t use their fitters done a terrible job and was told to put the heating on as it shrinks the carpet ?
Done a bad job carpet is loose everywhere manager came and inspected it and said it is fine and his carpet has been in for 10 years and still looks the same.
Loose on the edges and on all the stairs, the carpet is cut too long and stuffed in so it is bulging from the ends.
I can still feel the carpet grippers on the edges, door frames took off and wasn?t fitted the same.
I called and complained they came in for 15 minutes and left without asking me if it?s good or anything just said that?s all done and left.
However the manager of the shop is lovely and great customer service when we bought the carpet.
Disappointing work from the lads I feel like they rushed the job 2 hours for £250 and the rubbish of the carpet is left in the house for us to remove.

Absolute brilliant service, I?d highly recommend. We had Lino and carpet fitted yesterday. The fitters were efficient, helpful and friendly, the job was done in the space of a couple of hours. The finished job is perfect.

Found Greg and Richard to be very friendly and knowledgeable, no hard sell and the prices of the carpet were very reasonable, will definitely be coming back for the rest of the house in the near future.

Fantastic experience yesterday. Greg was really helpful and guided me as a first time buyer through the process where as other local stores were only interested in getting my money. Making things simple! Will be returning when ready for the bedrooms.
