The worst experience possible, would not recommend! Really poor communication - I ordered a bathroom suite and agreed delivery the following Friday. A couple of the items I wanted were out of stock, so swapped to items which were in stock (over the phone), called in the day before delivery to check if any of the items were more expensive, but they couldn't find my order, was asked to call in the next day which I did, items were the same price but they insisted on refunding me £869 to charge me the same amount a few mins later (not yet cleared in my account), was told that delivery would be with me at lunchtime, I waited in all day, before phoning them around 4pm, to be told not all items are in and we didn't just want to send half an order. I was frustrated that they didn't let know and again it was me who chased them. They said they would phone on Monday morning to arrange delivery and let me know what was happening - you guessed right, they didn't call. I had to chase again. After finally managing to speak to someone, was told they didn't have all the items and about how much he had to do and he would find out when he could, I suggested that as i had been waiting since Friday i should be at the top of his list and he agreed to call me back in 30 mins. There was no call back, I eventually called in to be told there was an issue with their van and another was on the way (although on the phone, I was told there was no plans for deliveries on Monday, as the van was away?). The van was expected back at 4.30, only after complaining and receiving a shrug in response, he reluctantly said he would call when it was back, spoiler alert... There was no call. No communication on Tuesday, tried and tried to phone on Wednesday with no luck, called in again and left with a full refund. A complete waste of time.I wouldn't have minded if they told me what was going on and we're able to tell me what was actually there and wasn't. I would have taken half of the items to make a start. Next day delivery expected from Victoria Plumb and SBS Plastics - May have even saved a bit of money too!Oh, a word of warning, Matty is leaving too, so they only expect it to get worse!

Cannot recommend this place enough. Matthew was amazing; helping ensure I ordered all the right things and pointing me to really good savings. They have been so flexible with delivery too. I haven?t experienced customer service anything like as good as this ever! There is nowhere better.
