Was listened to by the assistant who honestly said that my query was something she couldn't answer but she would find another colleague who would be able to help. Another lady listened carefully to my request and very patiently explained what I needed to do and highlighted where I was going wrong with the process I was using. Both ladies were really polite and friendly as well as being very clear with their explanation as to what I needed to do to successfully complete a banking activity.”
“Now my nearest branch. Staff are friendly. Was a little busy when I called in, only one cashier on duty, so a queue building. Used an automatic paying in machine rather than waiting. There is a good range of banking services here.”
