We had dinner on a Saturday evening at this establishment.
The food was excellent, very refined especially the lamb.
The soup was very tasty.
Downside would be their wine by the glass list, the options were too simple.

A refined British style cuisine restaurant in the city center of Windermere. All food was great and the staff was very friendly.
A highlight was the lamb rump, so tender and so juicy. No feeling of grease after eating the mains. Highly recommended!

Fantastic Sunday afternoon roast here - the team were all very attentive despite the hot weather and really lovely. Food was amazing, possibly the best Sunday roast we have had, very generous on all the trimmings and delicious lamb and beef. Thank you so much!

Insane portions + staff started setting up tables around us for the breakfast rush for the next morning making it really awkward to continue sitting and eating. Nice view, decent food, pretty good prices (especially considering how much they give you).

We visited yesterday for the first time having some food there we had the lamb Sunday roast and it was absolutely delicious one of the best Sunday roasts I?ve ever had everything was spot on highly recommend coming here ??

My wife ordered half portion of 'fleetwood' fish and a daily soup, my daughter chose pasta for children, and I opted for the special lakeland lamb. All the food was exceptionally delicious. The lamb was cooked to perfection, being incredibly tender and flavorful, complemented by a specially crafted red wine jus. My daughter's pasta had the sauce perfectly balanced. Not content with just one portion, she ordered another and ate it all up. My wife's daily soup was praised for its delicious and rich taste, devoid of any harsh flavors. Both the chef and the restaurant deserve a five-star rating.
