    Paid for two coffees and cakes. Asked for 7oz of hot water for a baby bottle and was charged an extra pound. I could understand it if you’re not a customer but when you’re spending anyway it should be free. Go to costa down the road, baby friendly and will let you have hot water or hot milk for free.
