The staff are very helpful and friendly, nothing is too much trouble,. The shop is clean well stocked and the checkout is quick and easy. A very happy shopping experience ???

Very disappointed. I am a Sainsbury's shopper and use the bigger store in Kendal. However this local store is so much more expensive. I can only imagine this is because it's located in a tourist hotspot of Windermere. If you're local I would avoid and go elsewhere. If you're a tourist look around first.

Been without power for 3 days because of this storm and manager shut the shop 30 mins early on Saturday leaving us screwed and 5 mins today- when we were literally at the door, also leaving us screwed. Talk about customer service -1000 stars have a word
