I found the team, especially Jenna, to be very helpful and friendly at all times. We did a viewing with them and after giving the agent feedback about what we liked and didn't like he suggested we view a property just coming onto the market that week. We viewed it the same day and found it was perfect so put in an offer the same day. Our offer as accepted, and we have now moved into the perfect house.

From our initial contact through to contract completion, Fine and Country Lake District could not put a foot wrong. The the brochure write-up and photography were works of art and presented the house in its very best light. Perhaps more importantly, it did not overstate the facts so that viewing the real thing was not a disappointment. They achieved for us a higher selling price than any other agent had forecast or we had ever expected. The team members are helpful, friendly and very professional. My wife and I think they are all brilliant.

The negotiator worked unusually hard and with perceptive intelligence to match buyer to property. Making the deal, he was an instinctively tough yet subtle negotiator. We have just completed a sale of our Bowness Apartment. We can very much recomend Fine and Country, particularly Jack Erwin who handled the deal. He constantly kept in touch and kept us fully informed of viewings and gave individual feedback. He was always available or called back promptly when we needed to be in touch. They also produced an excellent marketing Brochure which completed the overall proffesional service.
