Absolutely fantastic team at Your Move in Whitehaven.
From booking our first appointment and speaking to Sheree via email and on the phone, I can say I was very satisfied with how they deal with their customers.
The response and getting us booked in for a viewing was so quick.
When I visited the store and spoke to Louise, she showed they knew what they were doing and made everything as easy as possible for us and made us feel relaxed.
They kept us informed of the situation and up to date.
After putting an offer in and having it accepted we dealt with Judith who was the mortgage advisor and went into detail about getting the best possible deal without us having to do all the hard work ourselves.
Super service, extremely friendly staff and would certainly recommend.
