Some staff greet you with a smile but there is the odd sour faced one too! it's never really busy everytime I've been in there, more often than not I've been the only customer waiting to pick a prescription up but they seem to take such a long time compared to any other pharmacy's. I only use it if I've missed other pharmacies being open as this one is open till late.

i was having a peanut allergic reaction to medication the doctors prescribed me(I have been allergic since birth) . I was on hold to 111 for 40 minutes before speaking to someone, they said a doctor would call me soon. didnt get a call so I called the late night pharmacy sophia very helpful 10/10
