Such a relaxing environment for a busy 24hr gym. Everyone respects each other and management is more than happy to help with any advice or enquiries you might have. We, ladies, ladies have our own section of the gym which is strictly a no men's side, so there is no need for anxiety while working out, which I found so relaxing, although we are free to use both the male and female sections if we wish to. Highly recommended. NO PAIN NO GAIN. ?

Great gym! Fantastic people! You Couldn't ask for anything more, if you want to join a gym ?this is the best in town. Everyone is made to feel comfortable and welcome as soon as you walk through the door. also a brilliant little gym shop full of all the best proteins! Pre workouts! And All kinds of training equipment at prices you'd find hard to beat anywhere on the Internet. Class!!???

Used the gym this week why working away and staying in whitehaven. Top quality gym oldschool weights and machines with all the pictures and trophys in the gym its hard not to get motivated. 10/10 highly recommend.
