“Some staff greet you with a smile but there is the odd sour faced one too! it's never really busy everytime I've been in there, more often than not I've been the only customer waiting to pick a prescription up but they seem to take such a long time compared to any other pharmacy's. I only use it if I've missed other pharmacies being open as this one is open till late.”

“On a break away for 2 days and forgot my medication. Called my doctors who were really helpful. Came to this pharmacy to get it collected. This would have been 5 stars but Heather was appalling. She asked my name 5 times and she came across like she couldn't give a s**t. She didn't smile once to customers while I was waiting for 45 minutes. She was rude and even walked off while I was explaining my situation. The other staff were lovely though, especially Chloe. They did receive the request of my prescription and I got my medication.”
