so helpful and very prompt they can't do enough for you. Very reliable, Very private when talking on the phone as they don't call full name out. Friendly atmosphere when provide services without going doctors just minor ailments if no one is aware of this service!

A pharmacy that seems to think their customers are no longer important. 3 times in the past few months my mother has had to hang around for an hour because the one and only pharmacist has gone on his/her lunch break. Now of course lunch breaks should be taken but adequate cover should also be in place.Terrible customer service and she will now be changing to Fare's in the marketplace.

Beware - please check Morrisons returns policy if buying a gift from store! I recently attempted to return a gift purchased from Nutmeg, Morrisons, Whitehaven and had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with 3 advisors who were obstuctive and dictorial. They all insisted that the item could not be returned without a receipt of purchase or with the price tag left on the item (however, the perforated price tag is conflicting to their policy) Fortunately Morrisons HQ were helpful and resolved the complaint. If Morrisons had posters clearly showing the criteria for the return of gifts, I doubt if anyone would purchase from there, however this is no excuse for the appalling lack of customer service from the advisors, who in my opinion should be trained in appropriate Customer Service skills.

On a break away for 2 days and forgot my medication. Called my doctors who were really helpful. Came to this pharmacy to get it collected. This would have been 5 stars but Heather was appalling. She asked my name 5 times and she came across like she couldn't give a s**t. She didn't smile once to customers while I was waiting for 45 minutes. She was rude and even walked off while I was explaining my situation. The other staff were lovely though, especially Chloe. They did receive the request of my prescription and I got my medication.

Always get something wrong always manage to lose your items never once have I been in and not had a problem do us all a favour and just close down will not be using this poor excuse of a chemist again
