This pharmacy must be the best in Whitehaven. They are professional, knowledgeable and very friendly.
The staff go out of their way to make sure you get everything you need even going so far as communicating with your doctors surgery when things go awry.
A special thanks to Tracy who ran out of the pharmacy to give me some medication which had just came through which saved me an extra trip back to the Pharmacy.
A fine example of customer service that is hard to find these.
5 star service.

My dad lives in Orchard Court on Meadow Road. I've been in a few time to collect medicine for him and they have always been super efficient, helpful and quick in dispensing the stuff he needs.

Been given the wrong medication 3 times!? And my grandad once. Been spoken to wrong once but things appear to have improved and the staff are friendly enough even if it's a civil friendliness. They actually do want to help when your there. Few accidents in about ten years seems reasonable - though be careful giving old people wrong meds could end up dangerous for the record my grandad is half blind I could see my wrong meds but it's a good job I checked his manually that day. Would recommend this place everyone gets tired and can make mistakes we've stayed with the same chemistWill update if anything changes

The best post office in Whitehaven. The staff are always friendly and helpful. And the convenience of being open on Sundays is a big plus to the service.

TAKE AWAY THE ONE STAR RATING I HAD TO GIVE TO BE ABLE TO POST A COMMENT....My mother went into this chemist this morning ,for her prescription, she is exempt from wearing a mask due to her health which she has proof, she walked in wearing her excemption badge to be told to get out shoo shoo by the woman on the counter, my mam said that she was exempt from wearing a mask due to her health ,to which the woman then turned and told her colleagues that she had a customer with a attitude in the shop my mam got very worked up which affected her breathing she was told to sit down and get her breath back by the man who works at the back of the shop ,once she did she left the pharmacy feeling very upset and humiliated, the nasty woman caused my mam alot of stress all my mam wanted was her prescription for her illness ,alot of others have had a bad experience by this woman, she needs some sort of warning issued by her employer or the pharmacy is gonna loose alot of customers which it already has lost a few ,disgusting attitude from the woman who works there very bad customer service ,avoid this chemist go elsewhere .....
