Phoned up Kwick Fit Whitehaven following a puncture and shocking service by BMW assist the previous evening whilst visiting the Lake District. Advised tyre not in stock at 9:30am but ordered and be here by lunchtime, arrived early, tyre appears also arrived early, fitted and back on the road all within a short space of time. Really helpful team and fantastic customer service which is rare these days! Thankyou so much for fitting me in and thankyou for your help. Highly recommended

The tyre fitter used an air grinder to "clean" the inside of my wheel, I did not ask him to do this and the wheel has had metal removed resulting In a surface that is not flat, customer service claim that the wheel hasn't been damaged but I have photo proof. Recommend going elsewhere! Used them in an emergency and they have made my car unusable.They stated that they do this to all vehicles so if you have had work done I'd have your alloys checked.
