Terrible customer service. Butchered my ring and got the resizing wrong a couple of times. Even blamed the wrong size to my health.

5* all the way I would not go anywhere else I've had all my jewellery from hear from engagement rings to eternity rings earrings now wedding rings also had some special one of a kind crypto cufflinks made. Staff and the owner are amazing and helpful
