Large store with a wide selection of products. Plenty of parking always available. Newly added garden section outside which is welcome.Only issue with the store is at times the queues to pay can be exceptionally long.

I visited this store several times since moving to the area. The store is well run, the prices are good and there is plenty of parking for customers. I live in Workington, but the local HB store had run out of a product I wanted. I phoned the Whitehaven store, spoke to Brad. Friendly, very helpful. He found the product I wanted in the store and put it aside for me which I collected the next day. I'm very grateful. His actions made HB an extra £40 which they may lost as a sale to someone else. But his customer service made the difference. Thank you.
