I have to admit that when I placed my order for vertical blinds I did think it was a bit more expensive compared to what I paid another company to fit verticals three years ago in South East England. I was wrong, while you do pay a little more with Elliott & Black the quality of the product differentiates itself to what I purchased previously. Elliott & Black use quality rails and louvre, rather than what I purchased before which was OK, but more manufactured at a lower cost point shall we say. Not only that, because Elliott and Black have their own manufacturing facility they can turn round verticals and roller blinds in a week if required. The fitting was also carried out with due care and attention. Thank you to John and his colleague particularly for showing care fitting the blinds. Quality, value and customer service = Elliott & Black.
