Ordered online from this shop several times. This time ordered a thin and crispy vegi pizza on the app. Took about 12 minutes before ready to collect. The pizza was nicely thin and crispy. Nice and hot.

Missed out the sauce on a cheeseburger pizza, even through it said on bumping letters, cut first then sauce.
Had a notice on the top of the box saying they would sort out any issues, the email I got back was more saying I?d sent it to the wrong email address (from a online form, doesn?t make sense) didn?t say how they would resolve the issue.
So quite disappointing to be honest.
I had just received a leaflet through the door saying it?s under new management?.maybe that?s the issue?

By far the worst pizza and cookies I've ever had from dominos. Pizza tasted stale and was burnt. The cookies were also hard and burnt.

Waited for our dominos for an hour and had notification saying it had been delivered, only for the delivery driver to tell us over the phone he would not be delivering our food due to having to get home. I explained he had our food and we had already paid and still refused to drop it off even though he was 4 minute drive away. Staff member from the shop was very helpful and apologetic on the phone and i made sure he knew it wasn?t his fault. Sent out a new order with another delivery driver who was very polite and pleasant. Thanks to staff from dominos shop and other driver who were all nice and professional - other delivery driver needs gone not fair for the other staff to pick up pieces and refuse to deliver order after customer has already paid!!

Absolutely disgusted with the unacceptable quality of the pepperoni wrap. There was no comparison with what I had and the picture on your menu. I couldn?t even detect the cheese in it. The staff were rude when I asked for the lunch menu and told me to order from my phone. I said I just wanted to order from a menu. The menu was so high up on the counter I had to tip toe and still couldn?t read it very well. Absolutely shocking and whoever owns this franchise needs to look into how it?s being operated.
