Came here to stay at the premier inn. When we came too early to check in, we decided to check out the restaurant, sat down and then we're asked if we had been sat down/booked (the place was empty), staff didn't seem to pleased to actually have customers in the place. Arrived with my granddaughter for a little lunch. Never again. The place was almost empty, the young girl tried to sit us beside the fire exit not in the actual restaurant, then when I asked to be sat somewhere else she pulled faces like we were not allowed to ask this....then when we did sit down we were told everything... read full comment
