Had a wonderful first visit to the whitehaven branch. The team here were absolutely brilliant., very welcoming and knowledgeable. The optition was great so thorough and pleasant. Lovely to see wonderful customer service.

I have used this branch for many years. I have always received a very good service from the staff. This visit was no different as the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the new glasses I was looking for. The eye test was carried out very professionally and any queries I had were clearly explained to me.

Everything was great staff were realy helpfull pleasant and knowledgeable the only down side was I had the new treatment eye scanner payed the extra and thought I would have been given a breakdown of the results but was just told everything was OK and the results would be put on file.when you are paying extra for something it would be nice to see what you've payed for.
